Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Unless stated otherwise your package will be sent untracked. Due to the high rate of postage it is something we sadly cannot offer at this time unless arranged at a higher cost before hand.

Customs & Duties (for international orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

For orders shipped from the UK to destinations outside the United Kingdom, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included

By placing an order with The Finish Line, you AGREE to pay any applicable Import Duties, Taxes or Tariffs required by your country's customs authorise. Refusal to pay these fees may result in your ordering returned, delayed, or destroyed, and we therefore cannot offer refunds in such cases.
