Shipping policy
ORDER INFOMATION
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your shipping detail.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at the.finish.line.2024@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will be able to cancel it. If your order has already been dispatched you will need to return the item(s) to us once they have been delivered.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with instructions to either arrange re-delivery or collection from a local depot. If the package is not collected within the time frame specified by the courier, it will be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery (at a addition cost) or to process a refund.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
If your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue with the courier and either arrange a replacement or process a refund.
UK SHIPPING
All shipping within the UK is sent 2nd Class unless stated otherwise.(If you would like to upgrade your shipping to tracked please get in contact.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer shipping to most countries but if your country is not available please get in contact and I can set up shipping.
CUSTOMS FEES
Customs fees are determined by the laws and regulations of the destination country, and they are typically applied when the total value of goods exceeds the duty-free limit set by that country. This is beyond our control, as these charges are assessed by customs authorities.
The delivery charge paid at checkout covers the cost of shipping the item but does not include any customs or import duties, as these are separate and vary depending on the country.
